Thinking and Working Smarter, how to offer solutions in the office - stating your opinions There are a lot of things that might make you worried at work and one of those things would be stating your opinions. When it comes to stating your opinions you will think that things may not be liked or that you are going to be judged, however, you will want to state your opinions for the fact that you will be able to participate in your work. Even terrible ideas can be turned and flipped into a good one. Most people find that bad ideas can help them to generate some good ideas. You might want to take that in mind when it comes to helping others form their opinion of you. For those who do not participate in meetings, they are found to be not helpful and no one focuses on them. This is bad if you would ever like to move up in the ranks. If you would ever like to do more with your job, you will want to have others recognize you. You will want to seem important and feel important to the company so that you feel a reason why you should be a worker and contributor. It will help you to increase your feelings that you might be able to make a difference in the company. It is important for every human being to feel like they have a place and a meaning or purpose in life. You will find that there are many reason why you will want to voice your opinion, however it can be very hard. You'll find that there are things that you are going to want to think about before you make an opinion. First, do they really want others to participate or does the group know how they want to take a plan of action and just wants to see if everyone is onboard with them? If so, then it might not be the best time to be opinionated. If they really don't have any ideas, you should take comfort in the fact that you are trying to help the situation, unlike everyone else. You will find that there are tons of things that you just need to deal with. So what if they don't like your idea! You will find that they might be able to turn your ideas into something that might actually work. Also, you have to think about what you'll lose if you voice your opinion. You might be the one that comes up with the best idea. You could possibly jump in and save the day and the project. You never know what the possibilities could be. If you do not fear being judged then you will want to give in to your temptations and give yourself a voice in the matter. However, for those who do fear being judged, you have to think what is at stake. You don't lose your job over a bad opinion. You will still be able to keep your position and your desk, so what could you lose? If you are worried about what the others will think or say about you, you'll find that it might be just that you're scared that you won't be able to save the day. The others don't care, they may laugh for a second, and then it's over. They will respect you for trying. You will find that there are many things that you can tell yourself or do to make yourself feel comfortable, however, until you give it a try, you don't know how it will feel like. You have no clue as to how this will affect you. You should try to voice your opinion on something. If you don't end up getting really criticized, then you might want to voice your opinion more and more.
Prepare Before You Approach You make a first impression only once with each person. Good or bad, the impression you make will decide your future relationship with that person. Approach an already active Internet marketer with a possible partnership offer is something you need to prepare for first. You need to make sure what you plan to market is perfect. It needs to be gotten to the highest quality possible. Invest in yourself and your product before you approach a potential partner! Don't hurry through the developing stage just to get something out there before it is ready to be sold. This will make a bad impression. Perfect your product or service idea regardless of how long it takes. Don't skimp on what you put into your product. Purchase any necessary items you require in order to guarantee your product or service is the best it can become. Establish without a doubt that there are buyers for what you have to sell. Nobody became successful by slacking off and they won't give you the chance if you have. Sales letter examples and guidelines are readily available to help you create an eye catching one that will make a potential partner stop and listen to you. If it takes a hundred attempts to get a perfect sales letter then attempt it a hundred times. The only goal should be to make it as perfect as you possibly can. Shortcuts have no place in this process. You need to make a good impression-it is the one and only chance you have.
Point 17: Know How To Get Participation You’re all set to do a teleseminar. You’ve lined up some experts, you’ve outlined some great content for the call, and you have a product that your target market really needs. But how do you get participation? Start with your list. Set up a page where people can register for the call, and then contact your list, letting them know the date, time, and topic of the call, and where to register. Consider throwing in some bonuses, which will be given out at the end of the call, such as a free ebook or report. If you have an expert that will be on the call, ask them to notify their list, if they have one, about the call as well. Also, consider purchasing ads in related ezines to inform those ezine readers about the call as well. You should start notifying people no more than a week in advance, and no less than a few days before the all is to take place. Don’t expect thousands of people on the call. You really don’t want more than 100, and free conference services usually won’t allow more than this without charging. Even if you just get five or ten people on the call, you are good to go. Remember, these people are interested enough to dial a long distance number and listen to what you have to say. Your sales ratio from the people on the call will most likely be high, if the information presented was good. You can also promote the call with PPC, and use the registrations from that to build your email list, if you don’t already have one. Again, this is a great way to build a quality list of qualified leads. Finally, get the participants pumped up about the call. After they register, send them an email telling them in more detail what will be covered on the call, and how they will benefit from the information presented. A day before the call, send another email reminding them of the call, and again a few hours before the call is to start. People sign up for things and then promptly forget, you must remind them! Have your next call in mind before the end of each teleseminar series, and let the participants know what is coming up in the future. You may already be able to send them to a registration page for the next teleseminar series. Registration for each call in a series should not be required – one sign up for the whole series is all that is needed, but registration for future series should be required.
